Baby “S” joins the “K” family…

Baby “S” is the firstborn human child to my dear friends Pete and Brooke.   Human meaning their pugs Moose and Melly are their firstborn furbabies:)   Yep, they are pug people…just like my  husband and I.  In fact, we met through our pugs.   So now little baby girl “S” joins the family (Pete you are officially outnumbered:)).   I was thrilled when they called on me to capture the newborn memories of this very special time in their lives that goes by entirely too quick.   Baby “S” was just one day shy of her 2 week birthday when we had our session at their house.   And considering I thoroughly exhausted her, she did amazingly well, although defining every meaning of the words “pee-pee’ and “poopie”:)   Brooke at Pete were open and relaxed enough to let me use little Sylvie as my little guinea pig to try out some of my new props on.  We even got her to sleep soundly in a wooden bowl.  Way to go, Sylvie;).   She was a real trooper and honestly and truly has to be one of the luckiest girls on the planet to have Brooke and Pete for parents.  They are the most terrific role models.
